The Workout Room at The Edge Sports Center provides opportunities to expand your overall training program in the same building where you do your 'on-field' workout.

Workout Room Rental
	Year-round
Exclusive Use of the Workout Room:	$30 per hour
Shared Use of the Workout Room:	$7 per person per hour

• Shared or exclusive use of the 625 sq ft. Workout Room
• Equipment Available
  • Exercise Mats
  • Medicine Balls
  • Stability Balls
  • Dumbbells
  • Plyometric Boxes
  • Flexible Cords

Restrictions:

• Maximum of 6 people in the Workout Room at one time
• No personal workout equipment, other than exercise mats, may be brought into the Workout Room
• When multiple people are using the Workout Room, each person is expected to follow a 'circuit-training' approach to equipment use so that everyone's workout can be as effective as possible.

If you already have your individual or team program designed, simply rent the usage of the Workout Room and use the equipment provided.
