INDIVIDUAL Player Registration Process
If you wish to be put on a 'free agent' list for access by existing teams, or by The Edge when forming 'House Teams,' please contact us.
(Note, this is primarily for adult teams - most youth teams come in as intact teams with a sufficient number of players).
TEAM Registration Process
- Detailed information on the upcoming session can be found in two places: in the appropriate team registration form which can be downloaded using the appropriate link in the green box to the right, or, using the links below:
- 'GAME DAYS' PAGE - Divisions offered & dates/days/times
- 'SESSIONS' PAGE - session dates & registration deadlines.
- Teams that register completely by the EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE will receive ONE HOUR OF FREE RENTAL TIME ON THE FIELD (Restrictions apply - call for details). A complete registration is one that includes a completed team registration form, at least 10 signed player waivers and full payment of the team fee.
- Late registrations. Registrations received after
the deadline may or may not be accepted depending on the status of the league. If accepted, a $35 late fee will be charged.
- Registration may be completed in person at The Edge Sports Center (see
driving directions), or the registration form, player waivers, and payment can be mailed in.
- To register, please follow these steps:
- Please download the proper TEAM REGISTRATION FORM from green box on the right and fill
it out completely.
- Incomplete registration forms will not be accepted.
- Please also download the appropriate PLAYER WAIVER FORM
from the green box on the right.
- EVERY Player on the team must complete and sign a copy of this form. [The form only needs to be signed once per year]
- A proof of age or identity such as a birth certificate may be required
to verify eligibility for the requested division.
- Youth players are required to have a parent's or guardian's signature
on the form..
- Registration priority will be given to teams that played in Session I up until Saturday, December 1st. After that, it is on a first-come first-serve basis. For all other teams, registration is on a first-come, first-serve
basis.
- For 6 v 6 leagues, a $200 deposit is required to reserve a spot in the league. For 3 v 3 leagues, a $100 deposit is required. The remainder
of the team fee is due BEFORE the first game of the session. NO
PAY - NO PLAY - NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Payment can be made by credit card or check. No cash please.
- Cancellation Policy
- Teams may cancel their registration prior to the Normal Registration
Deadline with no penalty - all funds paid will be 100% refunded.
- Teams that cancel their registration after the Normal Registration Deadline
but two or more days prior to the start of league play will pay a $100
cancellation fee.
- Teams that cancel their registration within 48 hours of the start of
league play, or after league play has begun, will forfeit their entire
team registration fee.
