INDIVIDUAL Player Registration Process

• ADULT PLAYERS: If you wish to be put on a 'free agent' list for access by existing teams, or by The Edge when forming 'House Teams,' please contact us. and give us your playing background and leagues desired
• YOUTH PLAYERS -
  • Ages U5 - U8 Recreational: We form teams of individual players for the 3 v 3 Soccer leagues that take place in February & March. Next youth leagues take place in 2013.
  • Ages 10 - 18 Recreational, Intermediate & Competitive. Historically there has been very little demand for 'free agents' in these groups. However, we will be happy to take players' names and make them available to teams needing players. If you wish to do this, please contact us.

TEAM Registration Process

1. Detailed information on the upcoming session can be found by downloading the appropriate TEAM REGISTRATION FORM from the Green Box to the right.
2. Teams that register completely by the EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE will receive ONE HOUR OF FREE RENTAL TIME ON THE FIELD (Restrictions apply - call for details). A complete registration is one that includes a completed team registration form, at least 10 signed player waivers and full payment of the team fee.
3. Late registrations. Registrations received after the deadline may or may not be accepted depending on the status of the league. If accepted, a $50 late fee will be charged.
4. Registration may be completed in person at The Edge Sports Center (see driving directions), or the registration form, player waivers, and payment can be mailed in.
5. To register, please follow these steps:
   1. Please download the proper TEAM REGISTRATION FORM from the green box on the right and fill it out completely.
      • Incomplete registration forms will not be accepted.
   2. Please also download the appropriate PLAYER WAIVER FORM from the green box on the right.
      • EVERY Player on the team must complete and sign a copy of this form. [The form only needs to be signed once per year]
      • A proof of age or identity such as a birth certificate may be required to verify eligibility for the requested division.
      • Youth players are required to have a parent's or guardian's signature on the form..
6. Registration priority will be given to teams that played in Session I up until Saturday, December 1st. After that, it is on a first-come first-serve basis. For all other teams, registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
7. For 6 v 6 leagues with 8 games, a $200 deposit is required to reserve a spot in the league. For 6 v 6 leagues with 6 or 7 games, the deposit is $100. For 3 v 3 leagues, a $100 deposit is required. The remainder of the team fee is due BEFORE the first game of the session. NO PAY - NO PLAY - NO EXCEPTIONS!
8. Payment can be made by credit card or check. No cash please.
9. Cancellation Policy
   1. Teams that cancel their registration prior to the Normal Registration Deadline will receive a full refund less a $5 or 3% processing fee, whichever is larger.
   2. Teams that cancel their registration after the Normal Registration Deadline but two or more days prior to the start of league play will pay a $100 cancellation fee.
   3. Teams that cancel their registration within 48 hours of the start of league play, or after league play has begun, will forfeit their entire team registration fee.
