Our Girls Instructional Lacrosse Leagues are designed for beginning and intermediate players (not for 'travel team' players). No experience is necessary. [Note: In the Fall, we offer a separate Advanced League for FC Havoc Girls Lacrosse Players.]
Instruction is provided by experienced, local lacrosse instructors. Leagues cover both individual and team skills. All basic lacrosse skills are covered (as time and age allows) with the exception of goal keeping.
Session time is split 50-50 between skill building through drills and small-sided, controlled games (no scores are kept). The focus is on LEARNING and on HAVING FUN! |

This program will be led by current or former Girls Lacrosse coaches from either the Fort Collins Havoc Girls Lacrosse Team or the Thompson Valley High School Girls Lacrosse Team. |
All players in our girls lacrosse programs must have full equipment: eye goggles, stick and mouth guard. Girls equipment can be rented at The Edge Sports Center or purchased from our local Lacrosse Retail Partner, Colorado Lacrosse and Company (970-226-3260).
