Indoor Flag Football Program Overview

The Edge Sports Center offers organized Adult Indoor Flag Football leagues in the Fall and Spring each year. The 60 yard by 40 yard indoor field, the largest in Northern Colorado, is equipped with the latest generation of in-filled synthetic turf that looks, feels, and plays like real grass. If you haven’t played Flag Football on this turf, you don’t know how enjoyable indoor flag football can be! Come in for a ‘test drive!’

Game Format:
- 8 players on each team
- Minimum 3 down linemen on offense
- Minimum 2 down linemen on defense
- Two 25 minutes halves, running time
- 'Stop-clock' at end of each half
- 2 timeouts per half
- Blocking with hands allowed
- Touchdowns and choice of PAT or two points
- Field Goals
- High School Football Rules with some changes
