Indoor Flag Football Program Overview

The Edge Sports Center offers organized Adult Indoor Flag Football leagues YEAR-ROUND. The 60 yard by 40 yard indoor field, the largest in Northern Colorado, is equipped with the latest generation of in-filled synthetic turf that looks, feels, and plays like real grass. If you haven’t played Flag Football on this turf, you don’t know how enjoyable indoor flag football can be! Come in for a ‘test drive!’

• Facility setup for Adult Indoor Flag Football
• Game Format

o 8 players on the field for each team
o Two 24 minute halves, running time, including time outs
o 5 minute warmup, 2 minute half-time
